Lead Software Development Engineer - Java Technologies

Role Overview: As a Lead SDE (Backend) in this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex software systems that are successfully delivered to customers. Your main focus will be on ensuring the quality of system design by leading cross-functional teams, building reusable code and libraries for future use, and working on highly available, high-performance, and scalable software. Additionally, you will be working on distributed systems for massive-scale applications. Your role will also involve mentoring junior developers to enhance their skills and effectiveness as software engineers. Communication with technical teams and senior management to gather requirements, describe software features, technical designs, and product strategy will be an integral part of your responsibilities.
