About the role
As an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Lead, you will be responsible for various tasks related to Oracle Fusion Inventory Management and Oracle Advanced Inventory modules. Your role will involve requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, support, and optimization of inventory and warehouse-related business processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and support Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Inventory Management and Advanced Inventory solutions. - Configure Inventory Organizations, Subinventories, Locators, Item Master, Lot & Serial Control, UOM Conversions, Min-Max Planning, and Replenishment Rules. - Work on Advanced Inventory capabilities including Task Management, License Plate Numbers (LPN), Put Away Suggestions, Cross Docking, and Shipment Load Grouping. - Configure and support various operations such as Receiving, Put-away, Picking, Shipping, Inventory Transfers, Miscellaneous Transactions, Cycle Counting, and Physical Inventory. - Conduct Requirement Gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis, CRP Sessions, SIT/UAT Testing, Cutover Activities, and Hypercare Support. - Collaborate with business users, technical teams, finance teams, and third-party vendors. - Work on integrations using FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, OIC, and WMS/3PL integrations. - Prepare functional design documents, setup documents, test scripts, and training materials. - Support quarterly Oracle cloud updates and regression testing. Required Skills: - Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Inventory Management and Oracle Advanced Inventory. - Experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementations/support projects. - Knowledge of Inventory Transactions, Inventory Valuation, Costing Impact, Inter-Org Transfers, Transfer Orders, Inventory Accounting, and integrations with Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, Cost Management, and Warehouse Management. - Experience with FBDI/ADFDI, OTBI/BIP Reports, OIC Integrations. - Strong analytical and communication skills. In addition to the above, if you have Oracle Fusion SCM Certification, experience in manufacturing, retail, logistics, or distribution industries, and knowledge of Redwood UI features in Oracle Fusion, it would be considered as preferred qualifications.
