Senior Consultant Technology M&A (INDUS | Global CoE) Role Purpose Provide analytical support across Technology Diligence, Value Creation, and Tech PMI engagements while developing foundational financial modeling capabilities. Key Responsibilities Support Rapid IT Assessments and diligence workstreams Conduct infrastructure and application analysis Assist in technical debt and architecture reviews Support integration and separation analysis Assist in building stand-alone IT cost baselines and one-time cost trackers Contribute to development of new methodologies and accelerators Prepare structured diligence documentation and presentations Required Experience 3 6 years relevant experience Exposure to IT advisory, architecture, cloud, or product environments Interest in developing Tech M&A lifecycle expertise Basic financial modeling capability preferred Key Competencies High learning agility Structured problem-solving ability Strong attention to detail Adaptability to transaction pace
