About the internship: Location: Bengaluru (Full-time, On-site) Company: Gray Mobility Pvt. Ltd. We move fast, solve difficult engineering problems, and build products that create meaningful impact at scale. About the Role This is not a conventional internship. As a Product Planning & Program Management (PPPM) Intern, you will become the central coordination point across the company, ensuring that every product program progresses according to Gray's vision, roadmap, timelines, and business priorities. You will work directly with the founders and collaborate daily with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, sales, business development, quality, testing, and operations. Your responsibility is to make sure nothing important slips through the cracks. If engineering is delayed, you identify why. If procurement is blocked, you escalate. If priorities are conflicting, you bring clarity. If milestones are slipping, you raise the flag early. Your success will be measured by how effectively the entire organization executes not by how many individual tasks you complete. What You'll Do -Product Planning -Understand Gray's long-term product vision and roadmap. -Break product roadmaps into executable development plans. -Maintain product development schedules and milestone trackers. -Track dependencies across multiple teams. -Monitor progress against company timelines and business objectives. -Program Management -Coordinate execution across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, Quality, Testing, Purchasing and Business teams. -Follow up on action items until closure. -Ensure deliverables are completed on time. -Track risks, issues, blockers and mitigation plans. -Drive accountability across functional teams. -Cross-functional Coordination -Conduct company-wide daily stand-up meetings. -Prepare weekly and monthly program review dashboards. -Coordinate cross-functional reviews. -Resolve communication gaps between teams. -Ensure decisions are documented and followed through. -Risk & Bottleneck Management -Identify schedule risks before they become problems. -Highlight resource constraints. -Escalate critical issues to leadership. -Propose alternative execution plans. -Help teams prioritize work based on company goals. -Planning & Reporting -Build Gantt charts and project schedules. -Prepare program dashboards and status reports. -Track KPIs, milestones and deliverables. -Maintain company-wide action registers. -Support quarterly and annual planning exercises.
