[Responsibilities]

• Lead and optimize assembly, integration, and test activities for complex aerospace systems
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and customer teams to coordinate integration efforts
• Investigate and resolve hardware discrepancies through detailed root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Document all integration and test operations, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Design and develop custom tooling to enhance integration and testing efficiency
• Support multiple programs, adapting to evolving project requirements

[Required Skills and Experience]

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 5+ years’ experience in integration, testing, or manufacturing for aerospace or complex systems
• Proven expertise in assembly and test processes
• Strong troubleshooting ability and root cause analysis skills
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
• Active security clearance (required)
