Indotronix is seeking an Onsite Job: Configuration Analyst I

Work Location: Sterling Heights, MI Duration: 12 Months Contract Work Schedule: 9/80 Shift Start Time: 7:30 AM Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering OR Associate Degree + 2 Years OR High School Diploma + 4 Years

Job Description:

Support the analysis and processing of internal and external problem reports related to the design, development, and production of complex defense systems.

Monitor assigned program items to ensure they progress through established systems and workflows.

Attend required program meetings and assist in facilitating Review Board meetings as needed.

Generate and provide reports to support program accuracy, audits, and system compliance.

Respond to user questions regarding workflow processes and resolve issues within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.

Participate in team projects and contribute to process and system improvement initiatives.

Troubleshoot workflow and Change Management process issues to ensure timely resolution.

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support configuration management activities.

Must Haves:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline , OR Associate degree with 2+ years of related experience, OR High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of related experience.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook .

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Experience troubleshooting workflow or Change Management process issues.

Ability to prepare reports, metrics, and documentation.

Preferred:

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Experience with PDM software (Windchill preferred) .

Experience with Oracle ERP .

Experience with process optimization or continuous improvement initiatives.

Department of Defense (DoD) experience.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field with 0+ years of experience, OR

Associate Degree with 2+ years of related experience, OR

High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of related experience.
