Responsibilities

• Design, document, and manage end-to-end SuccessFactors EC Payroll integrations

• Partner with implementation teams to analyze and upgrade current integration processes

• Conduct detailed as-is/to-be analysis and create comprehensive design documents

• Develop and execute test scripts and manual test cases for integration solutions

• Coordinate with third-party vendors on data requirements, timelines, and error handling

• Ensure integrations comply with security, performance, and compliance standards

• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Support integration projects for payroll in Norway, Spain, Portugal, or Argentina

• Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in design and implementation of SuccessFactors EC Payroll integrations

• Strong knowledge of integration processes and payroll systems

• Excellent documentation, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional and remote environments

• Hands-on experience supporting payroll for Norway, Spain, Portugal, or Argentina

• Up to 10 years of relevant professional experience

• Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or Dell Boomi

• Familiarity with Workforce Software modules such as Time, Absence, or Scheduling
