About the role

Position - Desktop support Notice Period- Immediate Experience- Fresher to 1 Year Location Panipat Shift – 6 days working and general shift Bike is mandatory Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install and update operating systems, drivers, and software applications. Configure email clients and assist users with email-related issues. Support users with password resets and basic account management. Perform system health checks and routine maintenance. Replace faulty hardware components when required. Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior engineers. Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards. Provide prompt and professional technical support to end users. Required Skills Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems. Understanding of computer hardware and peripherals. Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Willingness to learn new technologies. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
