Roles and Responsibilities Provide Level 1 (L1) desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Basics in Network concepts Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Perform OS installations, Windows installations, Outlook configurations, ticketing tool usage, and printer troubleshooting. Collaborate with team members to resolve escalated cases. Troubleshoot complex technical problems using various diagnostic tools. Desired Candidate Profile Fresher who is valuable in desktop management. Robust knowledge of hardware troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency in installing/configuring operating systems (OS), including Windows installation. Knowledge with printer troubleshooting and maintenance. .
