About the role
Job Title: L1 Network Engineer Location: Bangalore Experience: 24 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days (Preferred) Key Skills - Basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP) - Routing & Switching - VLAN, DNS, DHCP - Firewall basics - Network monitoring & troubleshooting - Incident and ticket management - Valuable communication skills Job Responsibilities - Monitor and troubleshoot network issues. - Provide L1 support for LAN/WAN infrastructure. - Handle incident tickets and escalate when required. - Perform basic network configuration and health checks. - Ensure timely issue resolution as per SLA. Interview Process - Round 1: Telephonic Technical Interview - Final Round: Face-to-Face Interview (Mandatory) Note: We are looking for Immediate to 15 Days Joiners only. Candidates must be willing to attend the final face-to-face interview in Bangalore. .
