Job Description :- Position :- Remote Desktop Support Engineer Qualification:- Any Graduate Experience :- 1+ Years Location :- Thousand Lights, Chennai Notice Period :- Early Joiners Preffered Working Days & Shift :- 6 days Working & General Shift Responsibilities: Experience in Remote Desktop Support and End-User Computing Hands-on experience providing remote support using ticketing and remote access tools Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, VPN connectivity and hardware/software troubleshooting Experience in user account management, password resets, Active Directory and printer support Basic understanding of network connectivity, email configuration and remote troubleshooting techniques Strong communication, customer service and incident management skills with the ability to resolve issues within SLA.
