Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day infrastructure operations across multiple sites. The role involves managing field engineers, ensuring SLA compliance, maintaining uptime, and driving operational efficiency in infrastructure services. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and supervise field operations teams (L1/L2/L3 engineers) across multiple locations. Ensure high availability and performance of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and data centers. Monitor and meet SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for issue resolution and service delivery. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Handle incident, problem, and change management processes. Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational policies. Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives. Manage resource allocation, shift planning, including 24/7 operations, and team productivity. Prepare and present operational reports, dashboards, and reviews to stakeholders. Qualification: Any degree. 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management. Experience in managing large field teams and multi-location operations. Familiarity with the ITIL framework, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
