After Sales (Presses) - Ahmedabad / Pune / NCR Position(s) : Engineer / Senior Engineer Location : Ahmedabad/ Pune / Noida (NCR) Experience : 10-15 Years Education : Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) Key Responsibilities Ensure adherence to safety regulations for equipment handling. Understand the functioning and features of hydraulic and mechanical presses. Troubleshoot various systems of hydraulic and mechanical presses. Handle customer interactions and relations effectively. Experience in the installation and commissioning of heavy equipment using various types of cranes and material handling equipment. Program various PLC systems. Manage power and motor controls, including Variable Frequency Drives (VFD). Qualification & Skills 10-15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably related to automotive and heavy machining, with a focus on mechanical and hydraulic presses. Thorough knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance, including the installation, commissioning, and overhauling of hydraulic and mechanical presses. Ability to quickly and independently diagnose faults to minimize machine downtime. Effective labor management skills.
