Design Engineer

: Diploma / B. Tech (Mechanical Engineering) Responsibilities Must have experience in detailed engineering of bulk material handling equipment such as stacker reclaimers (bucket wheel type, circular type), scrapper reclaimers (portal type and side scrapper type), bridge reclaimers, ship unloaders, and ship loaders. Hands-on experience with FEA software like Nastran/Ansys for analyzing bulk material handling equipment. Proficient in performing basic engineering calculations for machines. Skilled in preparing GA drawings and stockpile layouts. Experienced in creating fabrication drawings with BOM and 3D models in SolidWorks. Good knowledge of welding processes and inspections, including the use of welding symbols. Able to independently perform basic engineering calculations for machines. Experienced in preparing operation and maintenance manuals. Capable of coordinating with other functions such as electrical, C&I, and construction. Able to work harmoniously with proposal engineering for necessary inputs. Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with other team members and maintain cordial relationships.
