About the role
Main Responsibilities: Proposal Phase: Equipment model in 3D for layout development. Develop 3D model from P&ID and layout drawing. Can generate MTO from 3D software for estimation. Study of tender documents and understand scope of Piping. Project Execution Phase: Responsible for 3D Modelling of piping, supports, equipment, skids, clash checks, model reviews and finalization. Meeting piping engineering deliverables according to work plan/Schedule Managing 3D model activity sequences for 30% 60% and 90% model reviews Controlling quality of 3D model, GAD, and Isometric. Providing inputs to stress engineer for analysis Ensure quality control of all engineering and design work related to piping engineering. As built documentation. Attending Customer / Consultant queries regarding Piping & Skid engineering Disposal of shop feedback, site feedback . Essential Requirements: Familiarity with design of Skids, Modules, waste heat boilers Knowledge about Indian Standards (BIS), IBR, EN codes, ASME codes and standards Experience in 3D modelling AutoCAD Plant 3D / E3D Working with engineers and other team members to determine project requirements and specifications.
