About the role
Responsible for Work Study (Time Study & Method Study). Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks. Drive waste reduction initiatives. Implement process improvement activities. Monitor productivity and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Improve resource utilization. Willingness to learn extensively through observations and interactions with cross-functional team Excellent observation and analytical skills. Working knowledge of MS Office and SAP. Knowledge of basic Industrial Engineering practices. Hands-on attitude with a keen interest in shop floor processes. Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.
