About the role
Roles and Responsibilities : Oversee the fabrication process of heat exchangers, ensuring compliance with ASME standards. Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands, minimizing delays and maximizing efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement changes as needed. Ensure quality control measures are in place to maintain high-quality products. Job Requirements : 6-10 years of experience in a similar role within the oil & gas industry. Strong knowledge of ASME codes and regulations related to fabrication of heat exchangers. Proven track record in developing effective production plans and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
