Business Analyst - SaaS Product - HRMS, Projects & CRM (Hyderabad)

Key Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders - Conduct client meetings to understand workflows, operational challenges, and business expectations - Act as a primary coordination point between clients, management, and the development team - Understand and map HRMS, Payroll, Finance, CRM, and operational workflows - Prepare: - BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) - FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents) - User stories - Process flow diagrams - Wireframe references - Use cases and acceptance criteria - Translate client requirements into functional specifications for developers - Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, and product teams - Conduct requirement discussions, sprint planning, demos, and review meetings - Provide regular updates and clarifications to clients during the development process - Identify workflow gaps and suggest process improvements - Assist in module planning and feature prioritization - Support testing teams with business scenarios and validations - Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and client feedback analysis - Ensure product features align with real business use cases and client expectations .
