Excellent communication skills to convey product vision, priorities, and objectives to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared understanding. Prior experience of leading/being a key member of a high performance design team in B2C fintech/ecommerce/digital startup is preferred. 10-15 Yrs of experience. With a major part being in UI/UX design
