About the role
As a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant at EY, you will have the opportunity to work in a globally connected powerhouse with diverse teams. Your role will involve designing and delivering executive-level cybersecurity reporting, risk dashboards, and data-driven insights to help organizations effectively manage and communicate cyber risk posture. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing cybersecurity dashboards and executive reporting packs for CISO Board and senior leadership consumption - Defining and operationalizing cybersecurity KPIs and KRIs aligned with risk appetite, regulatory requirements, and industry frameworks - Transforming complex security and operational datasets into meaningful insights, trends, and narratives for non-technical stakeholders - Developing risk posture dashboards covering vulnerabilities, identity, third-party risk, compliance, and control effectiveness - Establishing and enhancing data models and reporting architectures integrating multiple cybersecurity and business data sources - Delivering trend analysis, forecasting, and scenario-based insights to support strategic decision-making - Providing commentary and interpretation of cybersecurity metrics and acting as a trusted advisor to leadership - Supporting the preparation of Board-level presentations, audit reports, and regulatory submissions - Driving standardization of reporting definitions, taxonomies, and metrics across cybersecurity domains - Ensuring data quality, consistency, and auditability of reporting outputs - Enhancing user experience and adoption of dashboards and reporting tools - Overseeing BAU reporting activities, addressing stakeholder queries, and evolving reporting requirements - Collaborating across cybersecurity risk, finance, and business teams to enable integrated reporting - Contributing to ad-hoc analytics initiatives, transformation programs, and operating model improvements To qualify for this role, you must have 7-10 years of experience in cybersecurity analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or risk governance. You should have proven experience in delivering CISO dashboards, Board reporting, or executive-level analytics. Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, MS Excel, and Power Automate is required, along with experience working with multi-domain datasets and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks. Ideally, you will also have experience in cyber risk quantification approaches, exposure to regulatory reporting, audit interactions, project financials, utilization reporting, program governance analytics, consulting or large enterprise environments, and supporting cross-functional reporting across cybersecurity risk and business units.
