Head of Cybersecurity Engineering & Operations

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities Lead the engineering, deployment, and optimization of cybersecurity solutions across enterprise and client environments. Architect and enhance service offerings across SIEM, EDR/XDR, Network Security, IAM, OT Security, AI Security, and Security for AI systems. Act as the technical authority for cybersecurity strategy, solution design, and complex incident resolution. Drive integration of security technologies into cohesive, scalable, and automated service frameworks. Establish best practices for security operations, threat detection, response, and continuous monitoring. Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to design technically robust and competitive cybersecurity service offerings. Evaluate emerging cybersecurity technologies and incorporate them into service portfolios. Provide technical leadership during major incidents, escalations, and client engagements. Mentor engineering teams on advanced cybersecurity concepts, tools, and architectures (without being a traditional people manager). Preferred candidate profile
