About the role
About the Opportunity A leading global organization is seeking an experienced Lead Enterprise Architect to drive enterprise-wide technology strategy, architecture governance, and digital transformation initiatives. This is a leadership role for an accomplished architect who can bridge business strategy with technology execution while enabling innovation across complex enterprise ecosystems. The successful candidate will define target-state architectures, lead modernization initiatives, and collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders to build scalable, resilient, and future-ready platforms. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain enterprise architecture strategy, roadmaps, and target-state architecture.Align technology investments with business objectives and strategic priorities.Establish architecture principles, standards, and governance across the organization.Lead architecture for enterprise-scale transformation and modernization initiatives.Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and engineering organizations to translate business needs into technology solutions.Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that deliver business value.Drive cloud adoption, platform modernization, and enterprise integration strategies.Provide architectural leadership and guidance to Solution Architects and technical teams.Develop business cases and technology roadmaps to support strategic investments.Identify technology risks and recommend mitigation strategies.Mentor architecture teams and promote best practices across the organization.Required Experience 18+ years of IT experience with at least 4 years in a Lead Enterprise Architect or Lead Solution Architect role.Strong experience developing enterprise architecture strategies for large, complex organizations.Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation and cloud migration programs.Expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent.Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, Distributed Systems, API-led Integration, and Platform Engineering.Experience working with enterprise applications, CRM platforms, and legacy modernization initiatives.Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (.NET), Java ecosystems, enterprise integration, and modern application architecture.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Enterprise Architecture or Cloud certifications (TOGAF, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).Experience in highly regulated industries such as Healthcare, Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services is advantageous.What You'll Get Opportunity to lead enterprise-wide architecture and technology strategy.Exposure to large-scale digital transformation programs.Work with modern cloud platforms and emerging technologies.Influence technology decisions at executive leadership level.Collaborative environment focused on innovation, scalability, and continuous improvement.If you're passionate about shaping enterprise technology strategy and leading transformational initiatives, we'd love to hear from you.
