Cloud Solution Architect; CX

Role Overview: As a Cloud Solution Architect (CX2), you will be responsible for leading the design and development of end-to-end cloud architectures for various applications and services. Your role will involve aligning these architectures with business objectives and technical requirements. You will evaluate and select appropriate cloud services and technologies to meet specific project needs, develop detailed architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and documentation for cloud solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices for security, reliability, performance, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of end-to-end cloud architectures for various applications and services - Evaluate and select appropriate cloud services and technologies to meet specific project needs - Develop detailed architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and documentation for cloud solutions - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and operations teams on cloud native development, deployment, and operational best practices - Collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Oversee the implementation of cloud architectures, providing technical oversight and troubleshooting support during development and deployment phases - Monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization and costs, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements - Provide expert-level support for complex cloud-related issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field - Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in IT with at least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions on one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation, ARM templates) - Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing - Solid understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and database technologies in a cloud context - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices Additional Company Details: The company prefers candidates who possess certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
