About the role
As a Product Manager at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, you will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch. Your key responsibilities include: - Driving strategies and long-term vision to build best-in-class digital products - Conducting user research and usability studies in collaboration with designers, developers, and research teams throughout the product lifecycle - Crafting a product vision and converting it into a concrete strategy and business case - Participating in market research, validation, and white space analysis to identify opportunities for new or existing features and functionalities - Partnering with business owners and agile product teams to build roadmaps that align with the company's broader portfolio - Demonstrating collaboration, leadership, and championing product governance standards - Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and client interviews to identify new product opportunities and inform product strategy - Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Miro, and staying up to date on industry trends and best practices related to business analytics products and technologies Qualifications Required: - Graduation and Post Graduation (MBA Marketing) with a degree in business, computer science, design-related field, or equivalent experience in product management - Post Graduation in Marketing, Finance, International Business, Analytics IT preferred - Previous experience in product management, project management, digital marketing, operations management, or other IT infrastructure roles Required Skillset: - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams - Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives - Business acumen and problem-solving skills - Understanding of marketing and IT domains - Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems With a minimum of 5-10 years of work experience, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital enterprise division at Maruti Suzuki India Limited.
