Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Desktop Support Engineer | Printer Support Engineer L1.5. The role involves providing first-line technical support for desktop computers, laptops, and printers, including setup, configuration, and maintenance. The engineer will diagnose and resolve hardware and basic software issues, manage printer installations, handle print queues, and address connectivity and performance problems. Daily responsibilities include responding to support tickets, documenting issues and resolutions, coordinating with senior engineers or vendors when needed, and ensuring minimal downtime for end users. The role also entails maintaining asset records, following IT policies, and delivering clear, qualified communication to internal stakeholders.
