About the role
As a Product Marketing professional at our company, you will be responsible for driving the success of complex and high-impact products catering to the fintech and enterprise ecosystem. Your role will involve leading the Product Marketing Function with a focus on multiple key areas: - Product Positioning & Messaging: You will develop and refine value propositions for identity, KYC, fraud, and risk solutions. Additionally, you will create messaging frameworks tailored to various sectors such as fintechs, banks, NBFCs, marketplaces, and regulated industries. Your task will be to simplify technical, API-driven products into compelling narratives for business buyers. - Go-To-Market Strategy: Your responsibilities will include owning GTM planning for new product launches and feature releases. You will collaborate with Product and Sales teams to ensure successful rollout across different markets. Furthermore, you will be tasked with developing launch assets including pitch decks, sales collateral, case studies, and web content. - Sales Enablement: You will equip sales teams with competitive battle cards, objection-handling frameworks, and ROI narratives. Additionally, you will be responsible for building persona-specific messaging for Risk, Compliance, Product, and Technology stakeholders. Your support during enterprise deal cycles with strategic positioning and differentiation will be crucial. - Competitive & Market Intelligence: Monitoring the competitive landscape across identity verification, AML, fraud, and compliance platforms will be part of your role. You will identify whitespace opportunities and category positioning advantages. Moreover, conducting win-loss analysis and market research to refine messaging will be essential. - Content & Thought Leadership: Collaboration with content and growth teams to develop whitepapers, blogs, reports, and industry insights will be expected. You will contribute to thought leadership in digital identity, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, supporting executive visibility initiatives and market-facing narratives is also part of the role. Qualification Required: - 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3+ years in product marketing. - Experience in identity verification, fraud detection, RegTech, fintech infrastructure, or compliance SaaS preferred. - Strong understanding of API-led or technical SaaS products. - Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market customers in regulated industries. - Proven track record of launching products and driving GTM success. - Excellent storytelling, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
