Office Location: Chennai Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Cloud Operations team. This role focuses on supporting infrastructure-related activities in cloud environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of our systems. You will gain hands-on experience with cloud platforms, automation tools, and operational best practices. Key Responsibilities Assist in monitoring cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, networking) across platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP . Support routine operational tasks such as patching, backups, and resource optimization . Help in incident management and troubleshooting for cloud services. Work with the team to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or ARM templates . Participate in cost optimization and performance tuning activities. Document processes, configurations, and operational runbooks. Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with cloud security standards . Required Skills

Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Familiarity with Linux/Windows administration . Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, VPN, firewalls). Exposure to scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and willingness to learn.
