Large Language Model Architect (Telangana)

Job Summary: - We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Large Language Model (LLM) Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions at our organization. - In this strategic role, you will be responsible for architecting and building scalable, robust, and ethical systems that leverage the power of large language models to solve complex business problems. - You will be a thought leader, guiding our AI strategy and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with GenAI. Key Responsibilities : - Define the strategic architecture for building and deploying large language model (LLM) solutions. - Design and develop scalable LLM pipelines, including data ingestion, model fine-tuning, and deployment. - Lead the development of applications that leverage LLMs for tasks like generation, summarization, question answering, and automation. - Evaluate and select appropriate LLM models and frameworks (e.g., GPT-4, Llama, Hugging Face). - Build and lead a team of AI engineers and researchers. - Ensure ethical AI principles are embedded in all solutions, mitigating bias and ensuring responsible use. - Stay at the forefront of the rapidly evolving LLM landscape, driving innovation and adoption. Required Qualifications: - Masters or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field. - 8+ years of experience in AI/ML and software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on LLMs. - Deep understanding of LLM architectures, transformer models, and deep learning. - Extensive experience with fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation of LLMs. - Robust experience with Python, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow). - Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and vector databases. - Experience in deploying and scaling LLM models in production environments. - Published research in the field of NLP or AI. - Experience with cloud-based AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
