Role: RPA Developer Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata Exp.: 5+Yrs Job Type- Full Time Mode- Hybrid :- Responsibilities - Role & responsibilities Design and implement RPA-based automation solutions using platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UIPath, BluePrism, and Microsoft Power Automate. - Develop self-healing systems leveraging scripting languages like Python and automation tools like RPA tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and drive operational efficiency. - Architect scalable automation frameworks and ensure integration with existing IT infrastructure. - Provide technical leadership and guidance on automation best practices and emerging technologies. - Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in automation implementations. - Ensure to develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise. - POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organizations financial guidelines. - Actively lead projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customer - Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability - Positive knowledge on software configuration management systems Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends - Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate - Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available - Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions - One or two industry domain knowledge - Client Interfacing skills - Project and Team management - Technical Requirements: Required Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience with RPA platforms: Automation Anywhere, UIPath, BluePrism, Microsoft Power Automate. Proficiency in scripting and automation using RPA tools or Python. Experience in designing and deploying self-healing automation solutions. Understanding of IT operations and infrastructure automation. Ability to work independently and lead automation initiatives.
