Workday Application Developer/Lead (Telangana)

Job Summary: - We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Application Developer/Lead to join our team and manage our Workday HCM and Financials platform. - In this role, you will be responsible for the development, configuration, and enhancement of Workday applications. - You will be a key player in optimizing our HR and finance processes through effective technology solutions. - This role requires a deep understanding of Workday's capabilities and a passion for leveraging technology to improve business efficiency. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Workday configurations and customizations. - Configure and maintain Workday HCM, Financials, or other modules based on business requirements. - Develop and manage Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio. - Manage the full lifecycle of Workday applications, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and support. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Workday developers. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the Workday ecosystem. - Stay current with Workday releases and recommend new features and best practices. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - 5+ years of experience as a Workday Developer or in a similar role. - Deep expertise in Workday configuration, development, and integration tools. - Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors. - Excellent understanding of Workday security, data models, and business processes. - Workday certification is required. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Workday Prism Analytics or Adaptive Planning. - Experience in an Agile development environment. - Strong leadership and project management skills. - Experience in a large, complex enterprise environment.
