Job Summary: - We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Microsoft Dynamics AX Technical Leader to guide our technical team and ensure the optimal performance of our Dynamics AX ERP platform. - In this critical role, you will be the go-to expert for the technical architecture, development, and operations of our Dynamics AX system. - You will lead a team of developers, define technical standards, and ensure the platform supports our business needs efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Dynamics AX developers. - - Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for the Dynamics AX platform. - - Oversee the technical design, development, and deployment of customizations, enhancements, and integrations. - - Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of the Dynamics AX environment. - - Manage and perform system upgrades, code migrations, and patch management. - - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and system performance bottlenecks. - - Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Required Qualifications: - - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - - 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX development, with 3+ years in a technical lead role. - - Deep expertise in X++, C#, and the Dynamics AX development setting. - - Strong experience with system integrations, data migration, and reporting. - - Experience with SQL Server and SSRS. - - Excellent understanding of the Dynamics AX data model and business processes. Preferred Qualifications: - - Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. - - Knowledge of Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps. - - Microsoft certifications in Dynamics AX.
