Salesforce DevOps/Release Train Engineer (Hyderabad)

Job Summary: - We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce DevOps/Release Train Engineer to join our team and lead our Salesforce release management and deployment strategy. - In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust CI/CD pipeline to ensure efficient, reliable, and high-quality releases of our Salesforce applications. - You will be a key player in driving automation and improving the developer experience. Key Responsibilities : - Design, build, and manage the CI/CD pipeline for Salesforce development and deployment. - Implement and manage deployment tools (Gearset, Copado, Salesforce DX) and version control systems (Git). - Automate the deployment and release processes, ensuring speed, quality, and reliability. - Manage and track releases across multiple Salesforce environments (Dev, UAT, Prod). - Collaborate with development, QA, and release management teams to coordinate complex releases. - Ensure proper versioning, packaging, and metadata management. - Continuously improve release processes and tools to enhance efficiency and reduce risk. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce. - Deep expertise in Salesforce development and deployment tools (Salesforce DX, Gearset, Copado). - Strong experience with Git and version control strategies. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation (Jenkins, GitLab CI). - Deep understanding of Salesforce metadata, packaging, and workplace management. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, Certified Platform Developer). - Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Experience with release management for large-scale Salesforce projects. - Experience with Salesforce Security and compliance.
