ServiceNow Application Developer/Lead (Telangana)

Job Summary: - We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Application Developer/Lead to join our IT team. - You will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. - This role is critical for automating and streamlining business processes across various departments. - You will be a key technical leader, taking ownership of the application lifecycle from requirements to deployment and support. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design and development of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform using App Engine, Flow Designer, and other tools. - Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and robust, scalable applications. - Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including workflows, UI policies, and client scripts. - Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs. - Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for junior developers. - Manage the full application lifecycle, including deployment, maintenance, and support. - Stay current with ServiceNow releases, identifying opportunities for improvement. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. - Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly). - Experience with ServiceNow App Engine and application development. - Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITOM modules. - Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations. - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is required. Preferred Qualifications: - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications. - Experience with ServiceNow ITAM, SPM, or CSM modules. - Experience in an Agile development environment. - Strong leadership and project management skills.
