Sr. RPA Developer (Telangana)

Job Summary: - We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior RPA Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of robotic process automation solutions. - In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in leading RPA platforms to automate complex business processes, driving significant operational efficiency and cost savings. - You will be a subject matter expert, guiding the development team on best practices and delivering high-quality, scalable automation solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable RPA solutions using leading platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere). - Lead the development of complex automations, handling exceptions and ensuring high reliability. - Analyze business processes to identify and recommend automation opportunities. - Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all automation solutions. - Manage the automation lifecycle, including deployment, maintenance, and support. - Mentor and guide junior RPA developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge sharing. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and implement process improvements. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - 5+ years of experience as an RPA Developer, with at least 2 years in a senior role. - Deep expertise in a leading RPA platform (UiPath strongly preferred). - Robust experience with automation of web and desktop applications. - Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., C#, VB.NET, Python). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Advanced RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer). - Experience with AI/ML integrations in RPA. - Experience with process mining tools. - Experience in a specific industry like Finance or Manufacturing.
