For more information, Responsibilities Understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement. Plan, design, and implement systems solutions, particularly in the Order to Cash (O2C) process. Collaborate with business teams to gather business requirements and translate them into IT requirements and functional design specifications. Provide hands-on support for Oracle Cloud ERP and related applications, ensuring successful implementation and integration. Offer application support for business users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, functional specifications, and user guides. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the system meets business requirements. Train end-users on new processes and systems. Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion projects, from requirements gathering and design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and finance users, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements. Write detailed functional and technical specifications for customizations, extensions, and integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to Oracle Fusion applications. Assist functional teams with month-end close processes and provide ongoing support. Create and maintain training documents, videos, and other materials for end-users. Lead and guide teams in quarterly patch testing, ensuring smooth upgrades and minimal disruption. Work directly with Oracle product support to log and track service requests. Manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills. Qualifications & Requirements (Education Must Be Included) Bachelor's or masters degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience in the Order to Cash process, with specific experience in Oracle Fusion ERP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP modules. Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills. Proven track record of implementing Oracle ERP Cloud solutions that drive business value. Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams to ensure cohesive project execution. Desired Characteristics & Attributes Semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry experience Experience with OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) vendor management Experience in managing large-scale systems implementations. Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. Experience in change management and business process re-engineering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
