Lead Application Support Engineer

Company:IT Services Organization Key Skills: Java, Javascript, Splunk, SQL, Appdynamics, Grafana, Docker, React, Kafka, Kubernetes Roles and Responsibilities: Lead application support activities including incident management, problem management, and root-cause analysis for production issues. Develop and maintain Grafana dashboards for service health, performance, and operational visibility. Use Splunk and AppDynamics to investigate logs, traces, and application performance to drive timely resolution. Analyze and troubleshoot application behavior using Java, JavaScript, and SQL; validate fixes with appropriate testing. Coordinate with engineering and infrastructure teams to implement operational improvements, including containerized deployments when applicable. Skills Required 10+ years of relevant experience in application support/production operations, including insurance domain experience. Grafana dashboard development and monitoring/observability practices. Java and JavaScript for troubleshooting application behavior and supporting fixes. SQL for querying operational data and supporting root-cause analysis. Splunk and AppDynamics for log analysis and application performance investigation. Good to Have Docker, Kafka, Kubernetes, and React for broader support coverage and integration troubleshooting. Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. .
