About the role
Company: A Large Global Organization Key Skills: RPA, Troubleshooting, Production Support, Power platform, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UI PATH, Monitoring Roles and Responsibilities: Monitor production automations, including RPA and Power Platform solutions.Communicate failures to business users and perform initial troubleshooting.Implement bug fixes and planned system enhancements.Manage business user requests, such as ad hoc automation runs and schedule updates.Provide enhanced monitoring and support during peak business periods.Coordinate with the Build team during production handovers and hyper care periods.Perform code development for minor enhancements not covered during build phase.Liaise with the RPA resiliency team for virtual machine (VM) allocation.Maintain the automation code repository and a detailed log of all production issues and their resolutions.Develop and maintain reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including ticket volume, SLA compliance, and automation metrics.Skills Required: 2-5 years' experience in an application or production support role, preferably with RPA platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism).Strong experience in RPA production support and troubleshootingHands-on expertise with Automation Anywhere (A360)Experience with other RPA platforms such as UiPath and Blue Prism (preferred)Knowledge of Power Platform for automation monitoring and supportAbility to monitor, analyze, and resolve failures in production automationsExperience in implementing bug fixes and minor system enhancementsStrong understanding of code repositories and version control for automation scriptsAbility to manage business user requests and schedule updatesExperience generating and maintaining KPIs, SLA compliance, and automation metrics reportsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills in production environmentsExcellent communication and coordination skills with Build teams and stakeholdersAvailability to support extended hours for global/US operationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
