Staff Product Manager

As a Senior/Staff Product Manager at Nykaa Beauty, you will lead the charter around Promotions and Loyalty, focusing on the lower funnel for the beauty business. Your role is crucial for purchase enablement and leveraging incentives to drive key business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with performance marketing, site, analytics, design, engineering, business teams, and leadership to shape and execute the roadmap focused on conversion. Key Responsibilities: - Own the discovery and selection of the right promotional and incentive levers for the right users at the right time. - Strategize, build, and deploy promotions across the funnel using constructs like discounting, coupons, offers, and free gifts to drive conversion, ABS, and AOV. - Drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Loyalty Program (Prive) to improve enrollment, earning, and burning experience for users. - Work with business stakeholders to conceptualize features and optimize UX for loyalty program. - Drive improvement in FOP and conversion of loyalty program members. Qualifications Required: - At least 6 years of Product Management experience in consumer internet or e-commerce companies focusing on solving end-user problems and achieving growth business objectives. - Data-first mindset with proficiency in metrics, cohort analysis, segmentation, and experimentation. - Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, business, marketing, and analytics. - Demonstrable execution focus in collaborating with business and engineering stakeholders to deliver key product features aligned with the product roadmap.
