WMS Automation Enginner

We are looking for a WMS Automation Engineer to join our team in Pune. You will design and implement test automation frameworks for warehouse management systems, ensuring seamless integrations with ERP/TMS/YMS platforms. This role requires deep expertise in Selenium, Java, and modern QA tools, along with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments. Responsibilities: Build and maintain robust test automation frameworks (using Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, etc.) tailored for WMS functional flows and inventory movements.Perform API testing with Postman and Rest Assured, validate message queues (Kafka, GCP Pub/Sub), and ensure data accuracy using SQL and BigQuery.Conduct performance testing with tools like JMeter, Gatling, or K6 to simulate warehouse workloads and measure end-to-end latency.Manage CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions, and run tests in Docker and Kubernetes environments.Test mobile and RF applications on Honeywell, Zebra, or Android devices, ensuring reliability in warehouse operations.Leverage AI tools (e.g., Cody, CodeRabbit, Claude) for test case generation, data creation, and code refactoring to accelerate QA workflows.Lead or collaborate with QA teams using Agile/Scrum or Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies, emphasizing root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.Requirements: Expert-level proficiency in Selenium with Java, BDD frameworks, and Cucumber for automation.Strong expertise in Rest Assured for API automation and validation.Advanced knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) functional flows and integration patterns.Proficient in SQL for writing queries and validating data in relational databases or BigQuery.Hands-on experience with Agile and JIRA for project tracking and collaboration.Familiarity with using AI tools (e.g., Cody, CodeRabbit, Claude) for quality engineering tasks.Who Should Apply: This role is ideal for a quality engineer who combines deep WMS domain knowledge with strong test automation skills.
