Business Systems Analyst - Commercial Lending nCino & Salesforce Key Details Experience Level: 6-10 years Location: Bangalore India Role Overview We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with Commercial Lending domain expertise and working knowledge of nCino and Salesforce to support lending transformation initiatives. The role will require close collaboration with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate lending needs into clear requirements and support successful solution delivery. Key Responsibilities Gather analyze and document business and system requirements across Commercial Lending processes Partner with lending operations credit product technology and platform teams to assess solution feasibility and evaluate design options Document Business Requirements Functional Requirements Non-Functional Requirements user stories acceptance criteria process flows and interface requirements Support nCino and Salesforce requirement analysis covering lending workflows borrower/client onboarding opportunity/loan lifecycle approvals and document-driven processes Maintain project documentation backlog items decision logs and requirement traceability using Jira and Confluence Review test cases support functional testing coordinate UAT and assist with defect triage and resolution Support project delivery activities including testing deployment readiness business validation production support and post-go-live stabilization Facilitate communication between commercial lending stakeholders and technical delivery teams throughout the delivery lifecycle Domain Requirements Commercial Lending Loan origination credit assessment approvals fulfillment and servicing touchpoints Commercial Banking and lending operations processes Knowledge of Specific Applications nCino and Salesforce working knowledge is a must Knowledge of Tools & Technologies Jira and Confluence working knowledge Solid Agile skill set and working knowledge of SDLC/PDLC principles Strong requirements analysis process modeling and functional specification skills Ability to coordinate with business technology QA release and production support teams .
