Role Summary

We are hiring a Data Engineer (+ 7 Years) specializing in AWS-based data modeling, Power BI integration, and KPI alignment, with a strong understanding of SAP HANA/BW data structures. This role focuses on transforming backend data into business-ready datasets for reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain analytics-ready data models on AWS (Redshift / curated layers on S3/Glue).

Ensure KPI alignment with business definitions and consistency across reports.

Enable seamless integration with Power BI, ensuring performance and usability.

Translate SAP data into structured, business-consumable models.

Support UAT, KPI validation, and reconciliation with business teams.

Optimize datasets for reporting performance and governance.

Core Skills

Strong Data Engineering (SQL, Python)

Expertise in data modeling (star schema, dimensional modeling)

Strong AWS data layer experience (S3, Glue, Redshift)

Strong Power BI integration and dataset optimization

Solid understanding of SAP HANA / BW structures

Experience in KPI frameworks and reporting layers
