JD:

Key Responsibilities:

Oracle Unified Directory (OUD)

 Provide L3 Support for OUD environments.

 Troubleshoot replication, synchronization, schema, indexing, and performance

related issues.

 Perform OUD installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and migrations.

 Monitor directory health and capacity planning.

 Analyze logs and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.

 Support disaster recovery, backup and restoration activities.

 Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams for directory integrations.

Centrify (Delinea Server Suite)

 Manage Centrify infrastructure and Unix/Linux integrations.

 Troubleshoot authentication and authorization for Unix/Linux systems.

 Perform upgrades and configuration management.

 Manage roles, zones, policies, and privilege delegation.

 Maintain security compliance and audit requirements.

Incident and Problem Management

 Provide L3 support for critical production incidents.

 Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.

 Participate in on-call support and major incident bridges.

 Create and maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.

 Drive initiatives to improves operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

 Strong expertise with OUD.

 Strong knowledge of Centrify (Delinea Server Suite).

 Experience with LDAP, LDAPS and SSL/TLS certificates.

 Strong understanding of Unix/Linux administration.

 Experience in troubleshooting production issues in large enterprise

environments.

Personal - Individual

Use

 Experience with patching, upgrades and migrations.

 Familiarity with shell, perl and java scripting.

Good to have:

 Experience with cloud platforms.

 ITIL incident, Problem and Change Management experience.

 SSO experience with Azure.

 Familiarity with authentication and authorization protocols like SAML, Oauth,

OpenID Connect, and WS-Federation.
