AI Platform Engineer

About the Role Our client is a fast-paced technology company building the next generation of AI-powered products. They are looking for an experienced AI Platform Engineer to join their core engineering team in Bhubaneswar, Odisha . In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the scalable and robust infrastructure that underpins our AI development and deployment efforts. This includes managing ML pipelines, optimizing computational resources, and ensuring the reliability and performance of our AI platform. You will collaborate closely with AI researchers and machine learning engineers to provide them with the tools and environments they need to innovate efficiently. This position is critical to our ability to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions at scale, and it requires a strong foundation in both software engineering and MLOps principles. The role is office-based, fostering strong team synergy and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and manage scalable AI/ML infrastructure and platforms. Build and maintain robust data pipelines for ML model training and inference. Implement and automate CI/CD processes for machine learning models (MLOps). Optimize cloud resources and infrastructure for cost-effectiveness and performance. Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of the AI platform. Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to understand their infrastructure needs. Develop tools and frameworks to streamline the ML development lifecycle. Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions proactively. Contribute to security best practices for AI infrastructure. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on infrastructure, cloud computing, or MLOps. Proficiency in Python or Go, and scripting languages. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation). Strong understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies. Familiarity with machine learning concepts and workflows. Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
