Key Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade blockchain solutions and platforms. Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain technologies, protocols, and consensus mechanisms. Develop technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints for blockchain implementations. Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide technical leadership and guidance on blockchain best practices, security, and scalability. Oversee the development and integration of smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps). Conduct feasibility studies, proof-of-concepts, and technology assessments. Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of deployed blockchain solutions. Mentor and guide junior architects and development teams. Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in the blockchain and DLT space. Communicate architectural decisions and technical strategies to diverse audiences. Requirements Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture and design. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing blockchain solutions. In-depth knowledge of various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, R3 Corda) and their architectures. Proficiency in smart contract development languages (e.g., Solidity, Go). Strong understanding of cryptography, distributed systems, consensus algorithms, and network protocols. Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership abilities. Proven ability to influence technical direction and lead complex projects. Experience in financial services or supply chain industries is a plus.
