Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for blockchain applications. Develop efficient data models and database solutions to manage blockchain-related data. Write clean, well-documented, and performant code in languages such as Go, Rust, Node.js, or Python. Collaborate with frontend teams to define API specifications and ensure smooth integration. Implement security best practices for backend systems and blockchain interactions. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and contribute to the overall technical strategy. Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues, ensuring system stability and uptime. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in blockchain and backend development. Requirements Proven experience as a backend engineer with a focus on blockchain or distributed systems. Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Go, Rust, Node.js, Python). Experience developing APIs (RESTful, gRPC) and microservices. Solid understanding of blockchain principles, including consensus mechanisms, transaction lifecycles, and popular blockchain platforms. Familiarity with smart contract development and integration (e.g., Solidity). Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment strategies. Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
