About the Role Our client is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Embedded Systems Engineer to join their innovative product development team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh . This position focuses on the design, development, and testing of embedded software for Internet of Things (IoT) devices. You will be instrumental in bringing new smart products to life, working with microcontrollers, sensors, communication modules, and real-time operating systems. The role requires a strong foundation in C/C++ programming, hardware-software integration, and a passion for creating robust and efficient embedded solutions. You'll collaborate closely with hardware engineers, firmware developers, and product managers to deliver cutting-edge IoT technologies that enhance everyday life. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and debug embedded software in C/C++ for microcontrollers and embedded processors. Implement firmware for various IoT devices, including sensor data acquisition, communication protocols, and power management features. Integrate and test embedded software with hardware components, ensuring seamless functionality and performance. Develop and maintain device drivers and low-level software for peripherals such as sensors, displays, and wireless modules (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LoRaWAN). Collaborate with hardware design teams on schematic reviews and PCB layout considerations to optimize embedded system performance and manufacturability. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure the reliability and stability of embedded systems. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering , Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. 3-5 years of professional experience in embedded software development, with a strong focus on C/C++. Hands-on experience with microcontrollers (e.g., ARM Cortex-M, ESP32) and embedded development tools (compilers, debuggers, IDEs). Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded Linux. Experience with communication protocols commonly used in IoT (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, HTTP).
