Key Responsibilities Analyze large and complex healthcare datasets, including electronic health records (EHR), medical imaging, and clinical trial data. Develop, validate, and implement machine learning models for tasks such as disease prediction, patient stratification, and treatment efficacy analysis. Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and domain experts to understand healthcare challenges and translate them into data science problems. Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate model performance. Create clear and insightful data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI within the healthcare domain. Contribute to the development of data pipelines and MLOps practices for healthcare AI solutions. Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Requirements Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related quantitative field. Proven experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong focus on applying AI/ML techniques in the healthcare or life sciences industry. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design. Experience working with healthcare data (EHR, claims, imaging) and associated challenges. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Knowledge of data privacy regulations in healthcare is a plus.
