Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems. Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and model selection. Collaborate with engineers and domain experts to integrate ML models into production systems. Communicate complex findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in machine learning and data science. Develop and maintain documentation for data science projects and models. Contribute to the development of data science best practices and methodologies. Requirements Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a strong focus on machine learning. Proficiency in Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). Solid understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning). Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus. Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
