Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and preprocess large and complex datasets from various sources. Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to identify patterns and trends. Develop, train, and evaluate predictive models and algorithms. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data science problems. Communicate findings and insights effectively through reports and presentations. Implement and deploy models into production environments, working with engineering teams. Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate model performance. Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data science methodologies and tools within the team. Requirements Master's or Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role. Strong proficiency in Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch). Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques. Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark) is a plus.
