As a Lead Mechatronics Engineer at our client, a trailblazer in automated industrial solutions located in Gurugram, Haryana, you will be responsible for spearheading R&D efforts in designing, developing, and optimizing advanced mechatronic systems. This role involves integrating mechanical, electrical, and software engineering principles to drive innovation in robotics, automation equipment, and intelligent control systems for various industrial applications. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and integration of mechatronic systems, including robotics, actuators, sensors, and control hardware. - Develop and implement sophisticated control algorithms for automated systems. - Oversee the selection and integration of electrical and electronic components. - Collaborate with mechanical engineers on system design for seamless integration of all components. - Write and debug embedded software for real-time control applications. - Conduct system-level testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. - Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for mechatronics development. - Mentor and guide junior mechatronics engineers and technicians. - Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance system capabilities. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechatronics design and development. - Strong expertise in control theory, robotics, and embedded systems programming (e.g., C/C++). - Proficiency in using simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) and CAD software. - Experience with sensor integration and data acquisition systems. - Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and teams. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. - Effective communication and presentation abilities. - Experience with PLC programming is a plus.
